How can I track my orders?

To serve you even better, you can view an overview of your orders online. Log into your account, click on account maintenance or my account and there, under "my orders," view the status of your order.

Will I be notified when my package is delivered?

For all in-stock items, delivery time averages 10 calendar days from receipt of your order and payment. All orders are sent by mail/carrier or picked up by you in the store. An authorized person must always sign for receipt of the order delivered by a carrier.

Can I choose which parcel shop my package will be delivered to?

Can I choose which parcel shop my package will be delivered to? When completing your order, it is currently not possible to choose a specific parcel shop yourself via our website. Would you still like to have your parcel delivered to a GLS parcel shop? You can do so by contacting us after placing your order. You can select a suitable parcel shop in advance via the links below:​

For deliveries in other countries, delivery to a parcel shop is not possible for now.
